The 5” Panther differs from the 7” and 9” models in that is has a longer false edge ground into the blade. This facilitates piercing, and serves to lighten the tip to assure a balance point at the center of the blade.

The 5” Panther Survival/Hunting blade is excellent for general hunting and camp building duties, and it’s extremely strong blade makes it a fine survival knife. The 5” Panther is popular with hikers and Hunters and Military personnel. The blade is coated with a non-glare industrial black enamel.

7” Survival/Wilderness Knife

The 7” Panther Survival/Tactical Wilderness knife is fabricated from ¼” thick 1095 tool steel, carefully ground and heat treated using a hardening method developed 30 years ago. The result is a super-tough blade capable of out performing similar knives, and sure to last for generations.

The Panther is a full tang design knife, simple in appearance, but carefully designed and balanced to concentrate the cutting force in the balance-center of the blade. The handle slabs are shaped and positioned to allow a secure grip under even the most extreme situations.

The 9” Panther Survival/Tactical , Wilderness knife embodies the same construction and design features of the 7” Panther.

The full tang blade is fabricated from ¼” thick 1095 tool steel; Heat treated in a 5 step 30 year old process which gives the finished blade extreme toughness and excellent edge holding ability. The handle slabs are of a modified acrylic polyester material . The slabs are very tough and are designed to allow a secure grip even in freezing, and wet conditions.

The 9” Panther Survival Knife is especially suited for shelter building and trail clearing. It also excels in the dressing out of large game. As with other Panther knife models, the 9” Panther’s blade is coated with a non-glare industrial enamel.
